The drivers just turned down a contract offer. In a time when there are very few jobs out there and houses being repossed like it's the thing to do.I would certainly think not only twice about going out on strike, but three or four times. As a candidate for Mayor my first priority would be the total revamping of the MUNI system and that beleive me starts at the TOP with Mr.

SOMArts N3: Getting Started

Hello From SOMArts!

This is Bobbi writing as representative of  the N3 fellowship program. The fellows, Mineko and I, are working in collaboration with four other partners who are coming together to create at least one hyper-local news program focusing on the south of market neighborhood of San Francisco. Ultimately, this is a program that will be handed off to the residents of SOMA and I am excited about framing an example that may be followed by SOMA-ites for SOMA-ites. Personally I am excited about the possibilities this may open for community leaders to raise issues and pose questions to their neighborhood.
