We are seeking a talented and passionate Design Production Coordinator to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Design team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a candidate with production or admin experience interested in a task and resource management role in the Design field. Position Overview: The Design Production Coordinator reports to the Art Director and serves as a critical member of the company's production team and is responsible for monitoring daily production activities, supporting the Art Director in managing the department and supporting the Design Product Manager/Producer in developing innovative Design products and solutions. The Design Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day Design production activities are completed and for assisting the Art Director as needed. Essential duties include:  Monitor Design production on a daily basis  Check in with artists on a daily basis, ensuring that changes are communicated and acted upon  Check in with producers as needed for project updates and communicate to Design team  Oversee Design project schedules and update project status report  Update Celoxis (project management software) for accurate timelines and resourcing  Assist Art Director with determining resourcing needs  Assist Art Director with departmental management as needed  Schedule meetings and review sessions as needed  Attend weekly resourcing and project status meetings  Take meeting notes and assemble comments and change lists as needed for internal Design meetings and Design projects  Update internal process documents  Lead the departments digital asset and subscription management  Update documentation on Design production pipeline  Assist with budget proposals and coordinate for internal software and hardware needs, team summits, recruiting events and travel Additional duties may include:  Assisting producers with project break-down and calendaring  Assisting producers as needed with contractor availability, research, meeting set up, voice over sessions, client presentations and deliveries, and ordering meals  Archiving projects and managing digital library  Filing and tracking expenses and expense reports


 Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks for self and others  Excellent organizational skills  Self-motivated individual capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines  Familiarity with the Design process, from initial script to final deliverable  BA or equivalent production experience  Ability to work with a diverse team of artists and producers and to communicate effectively  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle sudden changes with grace and good humor  Detail-oriented, but able to keep the big picture in mind  Willing to learn new software and tools as needed Software Requirements:  Experience with MS Office, including proficiency in Excel  Understanding of standard Design tools  Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is a plus  Experience with project management software such as Celoxis and Asana is a plus
