The Big Picture Film & Video Arts, Inc. is a full service production company looking for a production coordinator to work on our Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards Project this May and June. The position of Coordinator will be a 5-6 week engagement (May 2 – June 9), working from our office in San Rafael.

The job will require the candidate to coordinate approximately 75 Interviews with CEO’s, arrange b-roll shoots with 50 companies, and work with 75 companies to attain company b-roll, logos, and related materials. In addition, the candidate will produce call sheets for all of the related production days.

The candidate will work in conjunction with the Production Manager to make sure all of this completed in the appropriate time frames.

Responsibilities 

Key Job Duties:
• Contacting CEO’s and their assistants to coordinate interviews and B-Roll Shoots
• Collect all required elements from finalist companies and distribute to post production staff
• Produce call sheets for all related production shoots
• Work with Production Manager on travel arrangements for out of town shoots/events
• Daily report on status

Qualifications 

Requested Skill Set:
• Working knowledge of film & video production; field experience is a plus!
• 1-2 years experience working in an office environment
• Familiarity with both PC & Mac platforms
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
• Ability to think on your feet & react quickly to sudden changes in a job
• A good sense of humor!
