Angie Morales is a Youth Media Instructor at BAVC Media. Her focus is youth and young adult professional development. She is an instructor for Bridges Live!, Next Gen: Factory and Climate Warriors.
Angie joined BAVC June of 2023. She is a full time media maker, and documentary film editor based in Oakland. She has experience in live events, music videos, narrative and documentary film productions.
Angie is a UCSC Film & Digital Media graduate. Her work has been featured in a variety of festivals and magazines. She feels most inspired to document stories within queer, black, and brown immigrant communities. Vibrant and lively aesthetics commemorate her Afro-Colombian heritage and personal style.
