Jess joined BAVC Media in April 2023, bringing nearly 15 years of experience as a documentary producer and impact strategist focused on character-driven storytelling and public engagement. Credits include Remaining Native (SXSW 2025), directed by Paige Bethmann, and Daddy, a forthcoming debut feature by Hannah Myers. She holds a M.A. in Arts Administration from Baruch College (CUNY) and a B.A in Visual Culture and Social Change from NYU.

Her producing credits span domestic and international projects for major networks and platforms including PBS, ESPN, YouTube Originals, HBO Max, Discovery, History Channel, Magnolia Network, and HGTV. This industry background informs her approach to partnership development at BAVC Media, where she bridges creative practice, workforce development, strategic investment, and innovative partnerships.

Beyond film and television, Jess is deeply committed to collaborative, community-based art practices. She is a long-standing member of Mobile Print Power, a multigenerational printmaking collective based in Corona, Queens, where she works with communities to co-create participatory public artworks using portable silkscreen printmaking.
