Support BAVC Media

Founded in 1976, BAVC Media exists at the heart of community media, serving as a hub for media makers in the Bay Area and across the country, serving over 7,500 freelancers, filmmakers, job-seekers, nonprofits, activists, and artists every year. We need your financial support to:

  • Provide access to media making technology, storytelling workshops, grants, mentorship services, and a diverse, engaged community of makers and producers.
  • Advocate for those whose stories aren’t being told, and the makers that should be telling these stories
  • Create compelling media for social impact organizations and campaigns
  • Amplify stories that matter

Cash Donations

Make a one-time or monthly cash donation to BAVC Media through Give Lively. Payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

Stock, DAF Grants or Endowments

  • Stock and crypto are the most tax-efficient ways to donate for your personal tax return
  • Give from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) from your existing account at another financial institution
  • Give a one-time Endowment donation that can provide a percentage of returns every year for decades

Hire BAVC Productions

Hire BAVC Media’s in-house production team to create professional videos for your nonprofit or business including quality short-form interviews, fundraising, informational, promotional, documentary, and other content!
