Join us for a film screening and urgent fundraiser. Co-presented by BAVC Media, CiNEOLA, and the Jewish Film Institute (JFI). Ale Libre (2021), directed by Maya Cueva, follows the story of reproductive justice and immigrant rights organizer Alejandra. In November, Alejandra’s partner, Luis, was detained by ICE, and was ripped apart from Alejandra and their baby. All proceeds from the screening will go towards supporting Alejandra and Luis’ legal fees. Register
