Bay Area Film & Media Maker Survey

A study of our local Film and Media Sector.

Survey is now closed as of October 31, 11:59 PT

To effectively support and advocate for the film and media sector, we need to know how people working in the field are doing and what challenges they face. If you live in the Bay Area and produce media content, we want to hear from you!

The survey asks questions about:

  • The work you do in the film or media sector
  • The type(s) of content you produce
  • How do you sustain yourself and your creative practice
  • The sources of support you have access to

As the only survey of its kind, this study will be a critical source of information for governments, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals who want to support the region’s film and media sector.

All survey participants will have the chance to win 1 of 8 raffle prizes. Prizes include a $250 VISA gift card, merch and memberships to BAVC Media, Roxie Theater and SFFILM!
