FUNDRAISING VIDEOS
One of our most popular services, a 2-3 minute compelling video can deliver the stories that showcase your strengths, inspire your funders, and galvanize your communities. We’ve helped scores of nonprofits raise thousands of dollars and we can make one for you.

LIVE STREAMING
Your audience expands globally by live streaming your event to YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo, Zoom, Google Meet, and WebX. We do the heavy lifting so you can concentrate on the programming.

SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOS
Use us to produce powerful 20-to-30-second video and animation posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and your website. We’ll deliver clear call-to-action posts with an amazingly strong hook.

SHORT-FORM INTERVIEWS
Have us capture outdoor and interior shots of talking heads to be used for a future project or to highlight a champion for your website.

DOCUMENTARY
Hire us to produce a comprehensive but nuanced story of 10-to-30 minutes. We’ll conceptualize, wrangle logistics, employ our production crew, edit to your liking, and deliver your heartfelt narrative.

ANIMATION
Often used in social media posts, animation can explain processes and key components of your ideas as a stand-alone feature or as part of any media we produce for you. Think of it as a pie chart with punch.

Frequently Asked Questions

When you fill out our short form to get an estimate, we’ll ask you about your goals, budget, locations, and timeline. Then, we’ll schedule time together to talk through the logistics, timing, costs, availability and we’ll put your project on our calendar. We generally require a 50% deposit when you sign our simple contract, with the balance due upon delivery. We’re very happy to talk through all the elements, even if you’re not ready to commit or you’re shopping production studios.

BAVC Media hires a combination of award-winning media professionals who have big hearts and care about social justice, along with fresh, innovative talent with a proven track record. We typically have on set: a producer, a sound recordist, 1-2 camera operators, and 1-2 production assistants. We hire folks who are experienced in production and who are artistic, excellent communicators, know their gear intimately, and who are willing to work long hours.

All the raw footage is available to you upon delivery. We ask that you provide an external drive so that we may load your content onto it. We do recommend that you make a clone once the footage is loaded onto the drive, as drives are known to fail and it’s heartbreaking to find that out a year or more down the road.

Absolutely. We store your footage for 90 days and can make changes at your direction for approximately $500 – $1,500 per change.

If you own the rights to the song, yes, otherwise, you may be in legal trouble. Including music in your video means purchasing it through a music and sound library orchestrated to enhance video footage and typically costs $300 – $1,000 per audio file.
