Website The Edward E. Haddock Jr. Family Foundation

Summary

Our mission at The Edward E. Haddock Jr. Family Foundation is to advance restorative relationships between people and planet through human dignity and environmental stewardship. We do that by supporting projects and organizations, providing profound experiences, and amplifying and creating change-making media projects that humanize, inspire, and heal our broken world. Our focus areas are healing racial trauma in America, mutual flourishing in Israel and Palestine, and large-scale ecological restoration.

Storytelling is key to the impact we’re working to make. We have two main vehicles for this at the Foundation and these are the primary initiatives the Project Manager will be supporting. Common Pictures is the impact media arm of the Foundation, and our goal is to help revive the moral imagination in America by building empathy through story. Each project we engage with must point to an actionable path forward and exude the humanity of both the protagonist and the antagonist. We are also developing a dynamic database of US slavery and abolition archive materials and that project is called the US Slavery and Abolition Archive.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team to do the work on building out a robust project management capability that enables the Foundation to dramatically scale up our current operations. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with an optimistic and diverse team will be essential in ensuring the success of our mission.
